My 2018 Ram 1500 which I bought from the store last fall (which was a wonderfully simple experience) overheated after a couple weeks of hearing a loud fan noise. The coolant had leaked somewhere and I had no idea where it went so I was quite concerned. I brought it in to Spitzer Chevrolet Lordstown and even though it wasn’t a Chevy, they got me in right away, gave me a beautiful Silverado to drive while they fixed my truck, and before I knew it I got a call the next day that my truck was fixed and ready to go with a new radiator. Not to mention that it was covered under my warranty so the whole ordeal was seamless. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from Donald Board and the rest of the team. No other place I’d rather take my vehicle to get fixed! More

I have always had the best experIences and service at Lordstown Spitzer. Still don’t know why it’s called Lordstown Spitzer when it’s actually located in North Jackson—especially when there is no more Lo Lordstown Spitzer.
