Dealership manager and sales team offered us a promotion from Hyundai that either wasn't available to us or it wasn't processed correctly. Had to make dozens of calls and texts, drove 45 mins, three different times to speak in person. At first they said that they were not responsible, that they would only cover 1/4 of the fee, nothing was promised from them to us, and then that they were working with Hyundai to work something out. It's been months, they would never return my calls and continually say that they are looking into it. More
