Overall we've been satisfied with this dealership. In th past 20 years we've purchased five new vehicles from them. We've found Acura's to be very reliable. The dealership is conveniently close and the service department has been excellent. Our only complaint is the time it takes to complete a transaction. We usually trade in our old vehicle and always pay cash for the new one. A very straight forward transaction. The last two purchases have taken well over three hours to complete! Even with a scheduled appointment, we've had to wait 1 1/2 to 2 hours to sit down with the finance department. Once in their office it taken 15 to 20 minutes to complete the transaction. We find this frustrating and disrepectful of our time. We plan on purchasing another vehicle in the next two years but will insist that a timely transaction be part of the deal. More
