New Sonata Hybrid Ken Garff Hyundai was the third dealership (and first Hyundai dealership) I visited after deciding I was in the market for a Hybrid vehicle. I had be Ken Garff Hyundai was the third dealership (and first Hyundai dealership) I visited after deciding I was in the market for a Hybrid vehicle. I had been to Toyota dealerships and driven Prius, Avalon and Camry hybrids, then to a Honda dealership (where there were no hybrids currently on the lot). About the only thing I'd decided at Toyota was that I wanted a more roomy sedan "touring car" than a boxy Prius and that the Avalon was likely out of my budget. Freddy Gechuki greeted me at the lot at Southtowne Ken Garff and within minutes we were driving first a Sonata limited and then an Ion. I was impressed with the Sonata right away and Freddy answered most of my questions during the test drive. On returning to the lot, he explained the discounts from MSRP that I'd be eligible for, soliciting several categories where I qualified for before they occurred to me (Military vet - check, work in Higher Education - check). After shopping for about ten more days, I returned to KG Southtowne, decided on the vehicle I wanted, went over financing options, and was driving it off the lot about 1 hr, 45 minutes later. One month later, enjoying car. Only time I felt rushed while completing paperwork is that I feel AdvantageCare was glossed over a bit. I've noted in above remarks that perhaps I could have held out for a better service contract. Otherwise, I'm a satisfied customer. More

Other dealerships never wanted to give me a price and I wanted to compare new, used, other dealers. I was able to do this with the clear pricing at Ken Garff but struggled to get clear answers at Murdock Hyundai. More

Awesome car purchase experience-Freddy is the Man! Though all Ken Garff employees I worked with were professional and nice, Freddy Gechuki was over the top in terms of professionalism and service. He is ultimately what made my decision to do business with Ken Garff Southtowne rather than other Hyundai dealers which were closer to home. He should be commended for his help and service. Any raises, bonus', incentives etc. he can be provided with are well deserved. More

great customer service experience We bought a Sonata from Riverton Hyundai. Our salesman was Wes, he was wonderful. He is friendly, thoughtful, and listened to all of our concerns. He We bought a Sonata from Riverton Hyundai. Our salesman was Wes, he was wonderful. He is friendly, thoughtful, and listened to all of our concerns. He worked up quotes for us on 2 different vehicles, one was too expensive. He asked us what we needed to be able to afford to buy the car. We gave him a figure and he and his manager, Dave, worked together to get what we needed. We took the quote home to think about it over the weekend. Wes didn't put pressure on us-he told us it was important that we feel comfortable with our decision. His attitude was greatly appreciated. We looked at the inventory online, and when we went back on Monday Wes was willing to look it up and work up another quote. We added a rear view camera and wheel locks. Again Wes and his manager got what we needed! Wes took us around to meet the rest of the team. Mo, Dave, and the parts department - everyone was very friendly and helpful, and answered our questions. We were able to pick up our car the next day after the rear view mirror and wheel locks had been installed. Wes explained all the options and features to us. He told us to call him if we have problems, questions, or concerns. It's nice to know we have a resource person to call on if necessary. Our experience was wonderful! It's obvious that customer service is important to everyone there, and we will definitely recommend them to others! More
