Luckily for me I came across a beautiful 2015 Grand Cherokee Overland at Schumacher and called as soon as I could to set up a chance to see the car. Lawrence took my call and happily provided me with every bit of information I requested. He was prompt, pleasant, and professional as he set me up with David in sales, scheduling me for an appointment to come in the next day. Before I was able to get in the door to the sales room, David was already standing up and greeting me. He had the paperwork for the vehicle prepared and the CarFax in my hand before we even sat at his desk. Kind and personable, he made every aspect from the test drive to the paperwork as smooth as the Jeep’s ride! David handled preparations for the Jeep, making sure it was detailed and spotless before I drove off the lot, even going so far as to provide me with a tube of touch up paint for some minor scratches. Before long, he guided me over to the finance office where I met Sonny, who took me from there. Sonny was a pleasure to work with. He outlined everything in detail and quite meticulously, ensuring I was having my questions answered as they came up. He was diligent and I’m thankful for his effort in finding some money to save me throughout the process. Overall, I was very pleased with most every aspect of my dealings with Schumacher. All of the staff were very friendly, professional, and willing to help where they could. David and Sonny were both awesome, and I’m thankful they made my experience an easy one. If I could add any suggestions it would be to find a way to minimize the amount of back and forth between buildings. Thanks a bunch. Hopefully I wont need to be back but if I do, ill gladly come do business here again. Brendan More
