I went in for an oil change and tire pressure gages not working. I knew my front breaks were going, and a I had a waddle in the front end, thinking something else was wrong. Sure enough I did need front br working. I knew my front breaks were going, and a I had a waddle in the front end, thinking something else was wrong. Sure enough I did need front breaks and front bushings, they fixed it all...They told me what needed to be done, I agreed and the shop had me out a little over an hour and a half...Great work, my car rides great, no worries about my front breaks, the waddle or tire pressue gages. Thank you! More

Not sure I will return to the service department. I was happy that they fixed the issue that I came in with, but they added it in about a $3000 job for my car. And the service tech did not even come I was happy that they fixed the issue that I came in with, but they added it in about a $3000 job for my car. And the service tech did not even come out and talk to me about it. More

I have been having my Subaru cars serviced at Albrecht Subaru (formerly Wakefield Subaru) for 20 years. I love the Service Department, Every person that I have dealt with has been honest, accommodating, Subaru (formerly Wakefield Subaru) for 20 years. I love the Service Department, Every person that I have dealt with has been honest, accommodating, and thorough in their dealings with me. What I like best is that before they start any work they tell you what it will cost, even if the mechanic finds something during their work on another part of the car, That is most reassuring to me as I am not familiar with most things mechanical in the car and to know exactly what it will cost helps me make an honest and fair decision regarding the potential repair. More

I brought my car in for service on October 13. David (the Service Advisor) and Adrian (the Service Technician) did a wonderful job. More importantly, they didn't try to sell any unnecessary services, and they had my car ready for me in less than 90 minutes...very impressive! I've been a loyal customer of Subaru of Wakefield for over 14 years, and it's people like David and Adrian that keep me coming back. Great job! More
