From scheduling a test drive, to discussing a few cars I was considering (I started off really wanting a CRV, but also decided to test drive a Civic, since I'm used to sedans) and test driving both, to scheduling an appointment to actually sign the lease. I decided to go with the Honda Civic due to my budget and the actual size of the car. When I first inquired on the website about a test drive and more information, I spoke with Marjana, who was incredibly kind and pleasant! At the dealership, I worked with David. David was helpful, friendly, and worked with me and my budget (and discussed current deals with me) to help me in my decision-making and car leasing process. The manager John was also very friendly and helpful. Both gentlemen listened to my questions and did what they could to make this car-leasing experience great. I highly recommend this dealership and the team at VIP Honda! More
