It has been my pleasure to have had a chance to successfully deal with Pat Garrett. Since I live in Southern Indiana, which is quite a hike from Fort Wayne, there were some logistical challenges t successfully deal with Pat Garrett. Since I live in Southern Indiana, which is quite a hike from Fort Wayne, there were some logistical challenges that had to be addressed. Pat and the O'Daniel Team worked hard to maintain communication and were friendly, helpful and sincere throughout the entire process. At no time did I feel pressured or bullied into buying a vehicle. While all car dealerships want to make sales, this entire experience made me feel as though I, not just the sale, was actually important to them and that my satisfaction was at the top of their priority list. The entire trade process was made easy and Pat was gracious enough to meet me in Indianapolis on a weekend to meet my sensitive time constraints since it would have been impossible to make it that far on a work week. While meeting to complete the deal, Pat Garrett took the time to engage with my wife and I which made the car-buying procedure feel more like a friendly meeting, not just another transaction. I actually felt as though the people who worked with me cared about us on a personal level. Upon returning home, very satisfied with an awesome Ram Bighorn Truck, I received a text message making sure all was going well with an assurance that all I had to do was pick up the phone and any concern or need I had would efficiently and successfully be addressed. I realize that my next vehicle is far in the future ( just ask my wife! ) but, when that time comes, though distance will still be a factor, I will look to Pat and the O'Daniel Dealership first. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! More

Bottom line is the dealership treated me very fair and I’d go back in a heartbeat. Jeff and David know their stuff, and work with you to get you what you want and what is right for you. Jeff was easy to work with and I would just as easily have a beer with him after work as I would buy a car. David makes you feel like family. Two great guys at an exceptional dealership. More
