I spoke to David Morales when via Zoom I couldn’t make to the dealership. I got in a car accident and was not able to drive and didn’t have a car. I needed a car ready for when I was able to drive. Morales got work, assuring me that I didn’t need to worry and that he will do everything for me. He understood that I needed to be at the hospital caring for my mom who suffered broken bones and had operations due to the accident. I didn’t leave the hospital. Mr Morales took over by calling bank, insurance. Once all papers was done over the phone, Mr Morales delivered my car to the Hospital. Wow I call that great service above and beyond service. I also want to thank The whole team of people that made this happened. Gustavo, Kevin. Derifer. Thank you all. This is the kind of people we need in times like this.
