I spoke to David Morales when via Zoom I couldn’t make to the dealership. I got in a car accident and was not able to drive and didn’t have a car. I needed a car ready for when I was able to drive. Morales got work, assuring me that I didn’t need to worry and that he will do everything for me. He understood that I needed to be at the hospital caring for my mom who suffered broken bones and had operations due to the accident. I didn’t leave the hospital. Mr Morales took over by calling bank, insurance. Once all papers was done over the phone, Mr Morales delivered my car to the Hospital. Wow I call that great service above and beyond service.
