Excellent We walked in to get a battery for my key and then decided to just ask a question. Rocky was so helpful and honest. Even when I didn't understand something between the 2 different makes of a cars, Rocky just took his time to explain everything. He always had a smile and listen to what I needed. Without any pressure we decided to purchase the Terrain. All the sales personnel were so friendly. They treated us like family and couldn't help us enough. This will be our 3 purchase from GMC and it was a pleasure. More

Nice experience courteous, no nonsense...what was quoted on the phone was true in the showroom.. there was no back and fourth haggling. Basically it was an in and out courteous, no nonsense...what was quoted on the phone was true in the showroom.. there was no back and fourth haggling. This is our second time leasing with them and the experience was better than the first. Rocky Dentici got us everything that we needed in our new terrain and at an awesome price. I cannot say enough good things about this guy! His manager Kevin Bannon is also a great guy, made sure to introduce himself and be involved in the process. What you see is what you get, they do not try to hide anything and make sure you are getting the best deal. I love how open the environment is so you feel involved in every step. Everyone here make you feel comfortable and you never feel pressured. I will be referring everyone to Rocky at Sun GMC. More

A very pleasant experience. I leased my 2017 GMC Acadia from Sun on October 29, 2016. The car purchasing experience can be a harrowing one for most people, myself included, but t I leased my 2017 GMC Acadia from Sun on October 29, 2016. The car purchasing experience can be a harrowing one for most people, myself included, but the staff at Sun made the experience quite smooth. I started the process of looking for the new Acadia back in August and was contacted by Darnell Wiltshire at that time. I informed him my car buying process was only in the infancy stages, and Darnell never pressured me to make a decision until I was ready. I had looked at the Acadia at another dealer in Smithtown that was much closer and more convenient to me, but the experience I had there was one that would cause me never to return through their doors. After having an appointment with Darnell already scheduled, the other dealership tried to sweet talk me with a "better deal" on the car I wanted. Little did I know they'd stuff the deal with a terrible trade offer. After storming out of that dealer, I contacted Darnell to inform him I was on my way to see him. When I arrived at Sun, I was greeted by no less than three staff members, Darnell included. All offered me refreshments and a comfortable place to sit while Darnell finished with another customer. Once Darnell and I sat down to discuss the vehicle, I knew Sun would be a much better experience than I had at any other dealer. Kevin Bannon and Dave Monahan both sat down with me to introduce themselves and ask how they could help. Again, no sales talk of any kind. After a short discussion, I decided to lease the vehicle at the price Darnell originally quoted me over the phone using the Costco auto buying program. I finished the paperwork with Joe Gillespie, the business manager, and scheduled the delivery for a few days later. On the scheduled delivery date, Darnell walked me through all the features on the car so that I would be comfortable operating the Acadia on the long drive home. He then gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to the service department. All the people I had met with previously came out to congratulate me on my new vehicle. Kevin even gave me a gift to give to my wife for when I got home. I want to thank the staff at Sun for making the process of leasing my new Acadia an enjoyable one. Thanks, guys! More

Joe Gillespie-Professional, Honest, Efficient I had the pleasure of once again leasing a vehicle from Sun Auto Group of Wantagh, NY. I was bringing 2nd 2013 GMC Terrain which was coming to lease e I had the pleasure of once again leasing a vehicle from Sun Auto Group of Wantagh, NY. I was bringing 2nd 2013 GMC Terrain which was coming to lease end with the anticipation of leasing another GMC Terrain. Joe Gillespie who I have been dealing with for years, suggested, why not consider the new Buick Envision. At first I hesitated, I didn't want to increase my monthly lease payment, but rather reduce. I'm so glad I took his advise and leased a new 2016 Buick Envision. For the money, the vehicle has so many standard features, which on other vehicles are either not offered but would need to be added on as an option. I had to read the owner's manual to learn the dashboard, but once I did, I found it quite easy to navigate and program. So far, so good with my new Buick. I wanted to make sure Joe Gillespie is recognized by the dealership and also by GM as being a true Professional, Honest, always working with integrity and having the same work ethic as me, DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME and do what is in the best interest of your customer first. Though Joe is the finance manager of the dealer and not in sales, I trust what he advises. But before considering the purchase or lease of a vehicle, what is most important, is the service after the sale! HANDS DOWN, this dealership has the BEST SERVICE on the PLANET!
