Everything was going okay until I sent to the finance office. I told them I was approved already for capital one. They ask about trying for Toyota house credit. I approved that. I found out later they ran my credit also at ally, which I didn't authorize. Also a fee was not disclose to me from the sale rep and I didn't take GAP & Service package. After that the finance manager stopped talking to me. He didn't explain any of the docs during closing. It's a good thing I work at a bank or I wouldn't know what I was signing. They just wanted to get rid of me. Terrible! More
