I’m an experienced buyer and I was up front with your staff as a result we were able to purchase the vehicle easily. That being said, there were two issues. There were no sensors in the tires so my lig staff as a result we were able to purchase the vehicle easily. That being said, there were two issues. There were no sensors in the tires so my light came on to check air pressure as well as charging system. I had the vehicle checked out and confirmed that someone probably swapped wheels and never put in sensors. This didn’t show up because the codes were possibly erased and the reason they didn’t come on when we tested the vehicle. More

Everything was going okay until I sent to the finance office. I told them I was approved already for capital one. They ask about trying for Toyota house credit. I approved that. I found out later they ra office. I told them I was approved already for capital one. They ask about trying for Toyota house credit. I approved that. I found out later they ran my credit also at ally, which I didn't authorize. Also a fee was not disclose to me from the sale rep and I didn't take GAP & Service package. After that the finance manager stopped talking to me. He didn't explain any of the docs during closing. It's a good thing I work at a bank or I wouldn't know what I was signing. They just wanted to get rid of me. Terrible! More
