New Purchase I went to Bettenhausen due to an old sales manager I used to deal with at South Oak Dodge. I started with service at Bettenhausen and decided I wanted a new car. First off they do not attack you at the door like attack dogs when you walk in. All of the employees advised me if I needed anything just come ask and they would be glad to assist. I already knew the car I wanted to drive and walked the lot to see if any caught my eye. I asked David for the one I wanted to test drive. David got this car out for me in a timely manner. I liked that all they did was copy my driver’s license took my cell phone number and sent me on my way by myself. There was no pressure to buy, I told them this is what I want and now make it happen. David and the rest of the staff made it happen. I will tell you this if you are looking for any Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep products GO SEE THIS DEALER ASAP!!! More

Although they have grown the business substantially since we first dealt with them, Bettenhausen has maintained the family atmosphere which makes your experience very pleasant. Our sales rep, Dave Martinez, handled the meeting professionally, courteously and with a genuine interest in making sure we were satisfied.
