He did a lot of work for me just over the phone(not knowing if i was just a tire kicker) and when i arrived at the dealership the deal we discussed was all there and then some! It was great I walked or drove out of there with a new 2014 dart. Employees are great. He was totally cool with letting me test drive the car. He walked me through all the steps of purchasing a car and even helped me with all of my new hi-tech features in my car. :D More

Nobody pounced on us when we arrived- that was our first pleasant surprise! The next, is when we went into the showroom, a man named David Martinez greeted us. He was so happy and kind. (Not at all what we expected.) He let us be on our own until WE had questions- he did not hover- that was such a different experience! We were not quite ready, but he did not know that we KNEW we would be back to buy a car from HIM! I had questions the next couple of weeks, and I KNOW they were probably at a time he would have been maybe eating lunch, or busy with someone else- BUT I would never had known if he was busy, because he ALWAYS answered my calls, never made me feel like I was bothering him, and always either had an answer for me, or found out the answer. David gave us his schedule so we could contact him- and he was always there when he said he would be. Everyone seemed genuinely friendly, and they have an awesome coffee machine! :) And, we were able to buy an amazing lifetime extended bumper-to-bumper warranty on our new vehicle, and David was incredibly helpful in financing also! I started with service at Bettenhausen and decided I wanted a new car. First off they do not attack you at the door like attack dogs when you walk in. All of the employees advised me if I needed anything just come ask and they would be glad to assist. I already knew the car I wanted to drive and walked the lot to see if any caught my eye. I asked David for the one I wanted to test drive. David got this car out for me in a timely manner. I liked that all they did was copy my driver’s license took my cell phone number and sent me on my way by myself. There was no pressure to buy, I told them this is what I want and now make it happen. David and the rest of the staff made it happen. I will tell you this if you are looking for any Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep products GO SEE THIS DEALER ASAP!!! More
