This dealership completely ruined my daughters first buying experience. I’m writing this because as a mother I taught my daughter to build her credit for success to achieve her buying goals. This dealership set zero standards and tried to rip my daughter off. Prior going to the dealership she got pre approved and all we needed was a purchase order. As soon as we went into the dealership they tried scamming and pressuring her into financing through them instead. The salesman was very unknowledgeable and took us straight to the finance department against our wishes of not financing. When she gave into financing they ran her credit multiple times. They continued to play games and questioned our bank rate instead of just giving us an honest answer. From all the pressure we left. After going home and discussing it my daughter really loved the car so she went back alone. Once she went alone they raised the price by $1000. This should be illegal. Did they think because she was young and alone they could take advantage of her and she wouldn’t notice the price difference? No one else’s daughter should be taken advantage of. I called the dealership when I learned of the price gauge and talked to David who was very unprofessional, raised his voice and hung up the phone. I personally drove to to the dealership because in the years past I bought a car for my other child here and had a pleasant experience. I was hoping I could speak with someone who actually cared and match the in writing price my daughter originally had to write a happy review. Unfortunately, the general manager Nick came with the same unprofessional attitude and told us to take it or leave it. The management here in past years was great but clearly it has gone downhill. If I could put zero stars I would. The greed has got this dealership. They will just try to get more and more money out of you. Each person gave me a different price and then blamed it The greed has got this dealership. They will just try to get more and more money out of you. Each person gave me a different price and then blamed it on the salesman being new. They promised to give me a better rate if I financed through them and proceded to give me a rate $1000 higher after running my credit multiple times. We were hung up on and screamed at by David over the phone. We came back in, in hopes to get better service and asked for a general manager and told them that we were treated poorly by David and the general manager still sent David out to handle it because he couldn’t make time for the situation. Once we finally got the general manager we showed him in writing the price that was first promised to purchase the vehicle and he basically told us he didn’t have time for us. We weren’t wanting a discount, we just wanted to be treated fairly and get the price that was first promised. This place will talk down to you about the other associates, take advantage of young woman and trying to scam you for more money. More

Horrible Sales department, had my husband and I fill out the credit application before even seeing the vehicle. Payments was double what was quoted, when we did finally get to see the vehicle, we wasn’t al the credit application before even seeing the vehicle. Payments was double what was quoted, when we did finally get to see the vehicle, we wasn’t allowed to drive it off the car lot because it wasn’t even inspected for road worthiness, after waiting 7 days was notified that it was to many things wrong with the vehicle that it would cost too much to sell and that they would lose money in fact they wanted to even raise the price of the car to compensate the difference of how much money it was going to cost so they told us that they were going to send it back to auction and it was not for sale any longer. After telling them that we would report this to the state attorney generals office and the BBB they change their minds fix the vehicle and sold it to us More

Rendell helped us with 2 trade in. He was informative and wise about the 1500 Ram truck we purchased on 12/28/19. We were happy with our purchase. One week later we purchased a 2019 Dodge Charger. It had t wise about the 1500 Ram truck we purchased on 12/28/19. We were happy with our purchase. One week later we purchased a 2019 Dodge Charger. It had to be shipped here from Indiana. It was worth the 2 day wait. I was pleased with my car. It only had 15 miles on it! Now I’m waiting on the weather to get it detailed at All Star! More

Exceptional customer service, great experience! I came in looking for two specific cars, and after test driving both, I was still torn at which was going to be the right choice for me. David sat down and broke down the finances with me, showed me all the features that differed between the two, and followed up during the whole sale for me to make sure everything was going smoothly. Not competent Vehicle not ready at time of signing with NAV package. Install took over 26 days from delivery after sale to install. Clerical errors on title. Mileage misrepresented on title, noted to salesperson before contract drafted. Incorrect on contract. Wrong title for incorrect VIN and type of vehicle issued. DMV notes discrepancy at expense to customer and delay of issuing tags and new title by 14 days from date of sale. Sales staff extremely quick to reply emails, texts concerning sale of vehicle. But extremely slow to respond to problems with vehicle after sale. Refund from trade in took over 3 weeks to be mailed? Would not recommend this dealership More
