Took vehicle under warranty for repair. GM Buyback. Previous service center did not find issue. This service center did find the issue! Then stated it was likely caused by a wreck and would GM Buyback. Previous service center did not find issue. This service center did find the issue! Then stated it was likely caused by a wreck and wouldn’t be covered. Initially refused to even submit for claim. No wreck in carfax report. Decided to try after hours of back and forth. Was covered. Literally a piece of special tape. Quality of the work was good. Service center staff were never friendly, even at drop off. More

I had my car at this dealership for the air conditioner no less than 4 times and spent over $7000 after they continued to fail to correctly diagnose the actual issue. They just kept replacing parts meanwhi no less than 4 times and spent over $7000 after they continued to fail to correctly diagnose the actual issue. They just kept replacing parts meanwhile hot air continued to blow and continued to while charge me. I talked to the service manager, GM directly and was able to get no where. I ended up just trading the car in but had to get the issue fixed so in the end they got one over. More
