The service team has great reviews, which is why I randomly called them when I was having issues with my car. I ended up having to have my car fixed here, and I live 30 miles away in Atlanta. I had tried other JEEP service locations in the past and they were always rushed and short and didn't seem accessible. The Palmer Dodge service team seemed the most responsive and kept their word and also were patient (despite being busy) and took the time to answer my questions and offer solutions. Really appreciate Murray and David and the team. There were a few small hiccups - but even when raised they were great about addressing it. Really class acts! Wish I lived closer. But will still try and come back again for major repairs. My car drives great, because they caught a sparkplug issue that other JEEP dealers missed!!!! Thank you More
