Wifi still isn't working. I spent more money on this Jeep than I did my last two Acuras but the Acura experience is so much nicer. I try to work during the wait and have to use my hotspot - the wifi never seems to be operational. Given the price point of the vehicles, seems like much could be done to upgrade the customer experience while waiting on service. This is asking me to rate David Keller but I have no clue who that is and didn't interact with him at all. Giving 3 stars so it doesn't hurt him but want to note I have no way to rate this person as I have no experience with him that I'm aware of anyway. Someone helped me in the drive-up but he didn't provide a name and I didn't think to ask. More
