Great Place, I wish I lived there. Traveled from Louisiana to visit family there. Got in my Grand Cherokee saturday morning and it was running rough. Check engine light was on. Cal Traveled from Louisiana to visit family there. Got in my Grand Cherokee saturday morning and it was running rough. Check engine light was on. Call them and they said can you come right now. Water pump was leaking and a fuel injector needed replacement. They had both changed before 2 that afternoon. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!! More

Palmer Dodge is always a great experience. They are busy, but they do not let you as a customer feel like that is a problem. Good and bad. I often go to Palmer for my service. Prices seem high, but that's everywhere now. My biggest issue is with the service of simple issue; the windsh I often go to Palmer for my service. Prices seem high, but that's everywhere now. My biggest issue is with the service of simple issue; the windshield washer hose. The hose kept popping out of the nozzle. The first time I went the service area told me to contact their parts department to see if they had the part. I did so and was told to schedule service. Back to the service department and scheduled service. When I arrived for the service they told me that they had to order the part from another dealership and they rescheduled for a week later. A week later they did the repair and after a short while the same issue arose. I went back again and they made the repair a second time. After a couple of months, I had the same issue. I called (irritated at this point) and explained the situation and that i was annoyed and wanted to speak with the service manager. I was transferred to voicemail. I called back again and was able to speak with David Keller. I explained the problem and he had me come in right then. After a short time (about a half hour) they secured the hose to the nozzles via zip ties. Ok if it works fine. So far, so good. 4 trips for a washer fluid hose. I can't imagine if I had a serious or challenging mechanical issue. The people are very nice and do a great job at communicating. David was accommodating and helpful. After the experience, my trust in their abilities is low. More

I was working with Richard Kinsey and received very good service. Rich made sure my car was taken care of always works in my budget and doesn't add on items if they are not needed which is appreciated. I service. I'm pretty happy with this dealership service area generally....but the credit card fee has me livid. Did you know the credit card agreement states that businesses take on the cost of the processing f generally....but the credit card fee has me livid. Did you know the credit card agreement states that businesses take on the cost of the processing fee? What are my options if not paying with a credit card? Walking around with cash (so people maybe now know it's easier to rob people at this dealership), or a check, like I'm 90 years old? Honestly. Take the credit card processing fee away, it's so stupid. More
