If i could give less then 1 star i would. I do not even know where to start, the worst customer exp in my life and they do not care!!! I will start with my purchase of 2 cars in one day. i was drawn to Str know where to start, the worst customer exp in my life and they do not care!!! I will start with my purchase of 2 cars in one day. i was drawn to Strong for the lifetime warranty and this was a large factor in purchasing from Strong. I would have been better off buying from KSL! after purchasing my car's, on the way home the check engine light came on as well as a brake light not working light and a tire pressure light. Got home and found that the front tire had a large slit in the side wall as well as other damage. took me 2 days to get in touch with the sales rep at which point he told me to get in touch with him Monday, this was Friday. Monday rolls around and i text him at 9am ( the only way they will talk to you is via text) i did not hear back until almost 4pm. By this time i was getting upset! he blew me off again so i drove to the dealership and talked to a manager. He reset the engine fault code and had the tech remove the $470 brake light flasher the they install and is mandatory that you pay for. No i did not get the $470 back. i was told if the check engine light comes back on, call him. 2 days later it came back on, I have left several messages requesting information on the warranty and how to get the issues resolved and no one returns messages. The only way to get service is to show up! The other car had a change oil light and now has a check engine light. i have had the 2 cars for less then 2 weeks. All they do is reset the engine codes on used cars and put them up for sale! This hides any engine issues and after purchase, it is your problem! When you drive off the lot, there is no guarantee you will even make it home with your new purchase! Trust me when i say that i am leaving a bunch of my interactions out because there is just too much to list in this review. I would not recommend Strong VW to my worst enemy! You will get a better product and service buying from a stranger on the roadside! More
