Excellent service. After some technical confusion about the text I received stating I needed a filter changed, the Manager called me a few minutes after the appointm After some technical confusion about the text I received stating I needed a filter changed, the Manager called me a few minutes after the appointment to make sure I was okay with changing the filter myself and offering to do the filter service on a future date if this was easier for me. Even offered to arrange transportation for me to and from work. The confusion was not his or depts fault as it was a technical issue with the text. I appreciate the great level of customer service. I would have rated you 5 stars except for one thing. The service department ordered parts for my car and told me it would take about 2 days for the parts to come in. Two weeks went by and I heard nothin The service department ordered parts for my car and told me it would take about 2 days for the parts to come in. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing so I stopped by the service department and inquired about the parts. Someone went back to the parts department and found out that the parts had come in. Not sure why no one called me about the parts but frankly, I’m not sure how long I might have waited if I had not stopped by on my own to check on the parts. I’m a little bit frustrated about that. You have a good service department with friendly and helpful employees but there is room for improvement in this situation. More
