Came in for used car that was totaled before I got there. Sold me used car not inspected yet, had sent in front and rim scratched before they sold it to me. But after they got the money never fixed those problems. and this was horrific experience. Plus he parked car so I couldn't see damages on car before I purchased it. Never again. Sold me used car with dent in front and scratched wheel and after the sale cause i didn't see it at 1st time he parked car against the wall, so I couldn't see damages on car , then told him later if he can fix or do something about it. All is got is see what i can do. He promised me many things and did got nothing instead. I was always transparent and honest. So when I trade in this car they going to ask the dent and scratched rim , which they sold me without fixing it or giving discount. Next time Ill buy a Honda, or Toyota standing far away from this dealership forever. More

I would rate the salesman with a 5 but not the same for the rest of the dealership. My car apparently had been parked underneath a tree and had sap all around. I called to inquire if I should come in through service or front door, they were checking if 'my rep' was available. I just gave up and went to a car wash. $40+ later, my car is not 100% yet More

We felt that our trade in which KBB at 3-5k should have traded in for more than the $500.00 and when we voiced our concern we were blown off with, "it's just going to auction". Really don't care if you se traded in for more than the $500.00 and when we voiced our concern we were blown off with, "it's just going to auction". Really don't care if you sent it to Iowa, we should have received more in trade in. Our training on the options of the car was limited as David had another sell sitting at his desk. We feel we should have had more review of the various options of all of the features. we obviously didn't now what we didn't know. Reading manuals is not proffered. Nice car though. More
