A pleasant vehicle purchase Went to Hyundai dealer where I met with Russ Zank. Upon meeting him I expressed my thoughts and ideas towards purchasing a new 2019 Tucson. He payed Went to Hyundai dealer where I met with Russ Zank. Upon meeting him I expressed my thoughts and ideas towards purchasing a new 2019 Tucson. He payed attention and we had a nice conversation about what I was looking for to trade my car and what I was expecting. Once we actively started the possible purchase we ended up with a deal in about an hour. Was a easy action to reach a deal with no pressure involved. So a deal was reached and I was basically left the dealer's lot and only spent less than 2 hours completing the entire transaction. I have purchased approximately 15 vehicles in my life time and this by far was the easiest transaction with no stress involved. Glad I shopped there . Also received a $100 gas card plus 3 oil changes . Have returned after purchase for tech advise which Russ provided with no hesitation. Russ further stated to stop by anytime he would be glad to help. Want to say this dealer and staff were great; compared to the local Kia dealer I saw a week prior; wasted 3 hours. Don't go to Kia visit Hyundai instead. More

Awful service I'm in the military and just got transferred to a new unit in Wisconsin. I explained to them my situation cause I just needed to get the car fixed so I can make the commute. They did the bare minimum, there was little to know communication. I would call for an update and they would say they would me back but I would never hear from them. I knew I was screwed when they said I wasnt covered. They refused to help set up a payment plan. I got my car towed out of there the moment i had the chance. The next shop i took it to told i had extended coverage with hyundai. I called another Hyundai shop and they confirmed it is covered. So now im towing my vehicle back to a Hyundai when this could have been taken care of from the beginning. I have zero trust in this location. Avoid at all costs. More
