There was no pressure from anyone; just friendly and helpful people that met our needs. Our salesman was Jeff Hallenbeck, who was patient with us as we looked at several vehicles. He went on a test drive with us and was able to answer every question we had. All of the information he gave us was honest, detailed and complete. His friendly manner and professional demeanor allowed us to take our time in making a decision about buying a car, even though our intention was not to buy a car when we walked in. You know, “just looking.” Jeff took his time with us and was very patient as we worked through this decision in our minds. It was obvious Jeff had integrity, experience and a perception about customers that other salesmen we’ve dealt with definitely did not have. We appreciated his honesty and his knowledge. The finance part of it was fast and easy, as Mr. Carter helped us through the maze of paperwork. The sales manager even thanked us for our business. Everyone at the dealership was easy to work with, the atmosphere was laid back yet professional looking, and the personality of all the staff was polished and classy! I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and we will be back to buy more cars here in the future. More

My trade was accepted sight unseen, with the dealership taking my word on the condition. I bought the new vehicle without seeing it firsthand and I appreciate the two way trust that was established. My Jeep is gorgeous and without flaw. The gentleman that delivered it to me in Tuba City was courteous and polite. Overall-completely pleased with all aspects of this transaction. Thank you, Danny. Great experience buying a car at Certified Benz and Beemer I had a great experience at CBB over the weekend. I had my eye on a certain car on their website and went in on Saturday to take a look. Unfortunately (or so i thought), as I arrived, someone was literally just purchasing the car! I was bummed out for about 30 seconds. Luckily for me, Barry told me about another similar one they had in stock and we went upstairs to take a look at it. I had seen it on their website so I was somewhat familiar already, and Barry answered all questions I had. There was ZERO pressure from Barry at all the entire time — he was absolutely awesome. At zero-point did I feel that 'salesman vibe' you get at other dealers. It was super obvious that Barry didn't want to pressure me, but rather educate me on the car. I decided to check out financing options and Paul Marschall was awesome. Paul did his due diligence, worked with me, and was able to get me the best rate possible. I appreciate him taking the time to do his homework and talk to multiple lenders. Paul got me approved and I decided to sleep on the decision. I came back the next day, drove the car, and fell in love with it. I decided to pull the trigger and purchase the vehicle and Barry and Paul took care of me. I appreciate Barry going out of his way to help me with some small details regarding the car, and truly making sure I was satisfied with everything before I left. I also spent some time talking with Danny Quintana, David James, and Mark Miller — and all three of those dudes are awesome as well. I appreciate them all taking the time to help me out. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Nothing special Bought the car online and had it shipped to me in VA. I asked them to remove the dealership sticker on the car, they didn’t. They over charged me on the shipping, and couldn’t even tell me what brand of tint they put on the car even though they charged me for it. I bought the car because it already had a bunch of aftermarket parts on it. Alexander did nothing to sell it, this dealership got lucky by having this specific car in stock, had it been at any other dealership, that dealership would have gotten my business. More
