In order to fully recognize the experience I just had with CBB, it’s important to start with my story. Earlier this year, my father passed away suddenly and left our family with a brand new 4Runner that we could no longer use. Here we were with a 4 month old car, with jo use for it. Furthermore, we were having to worry about making the payments that we couldn’t afford. After visiting CBB, we were greeted like family. I explained the situation to John Swan, Danny, and Adam. They worked right away to offer us the most for the vehicle and gave a VERY generous offer. We couldn’t be more relieved and extremely grateful to all those we worked with. They have a customer for life and I feel truly apart of the CBB family.. I want to thank Benz & Beamer for showing me such nice hospitality and a strong emphasis on customer service. They took a vehicle that I wanted to trade in, that I didn’t have with me and they went ahead hospitality and a strong emphasis on customer service. The vehicle i purchased was spotless. They detailed it filled it, and filled gas. Not only was the salesman very helpful his name was Q. Also the general manager was just as helpful! He helped me every step of the way after it was time to finance and they treated me like a human being and not just a $! I’ll be buying my third vehicle from Benz and Beamer in less than a year probably. mainly because of the way they treat me. There’s a lot of dealerships that have nice cars but there’s more than just a car when you buy a vehicle. Its a big purchase. Our experience at Certified Benz and Beemer was unparalleled to other dealerships. The team is knowledgeable, mindful and extremely helpful/patient. We had gone in to check out a few BMWs but had a unparalleled to other dealerships. The team is knowledgeable, mindful and extremely helpful/patient. We had gone in to check out a few BMWs but had a specific timeline and knew we wouldn’t be taking one home that day. Instead of the typical same day close, they asked for a good day to follow up and then stuck to that day. We are need up coming back at the end of the week and going with this team because it was pressure free and super transparent. As a first time car buyer it was extremely important that I didn’t feel as though I was being taken advantage of during the process. A huge differentiator for this dealership is they sell on market value, which allows for you to leave negotiation at home and there’s no commissions - so absolutely no pressure from sales men/women when you enter or during the process. It was really refreshing. Robert Kirkwood helped us from start to finish, explained everything very well and ended up making sure I had all the answers I needed before I drove off the lot that day! Nissa in finance was extremely kind and made sure she explained everything while also sharing her unique experience. The biggest indicator of how great of a team this company has was when Nissa suggested that I consult someone I trust (e.g. my dad) before making any decisions on the financing since it’s such a big first decision. This is a great team and would highly recommend if you’re new to buying cars or if you’re looking to help someone else in their car buying experience. More
