He put a vehicle on hold for me and then sold it, was trying to sell an extended warranty but wasn’t knowledgeable in the product he was selling, when purchasing my vehicle I told him at 9 am that I would be in around 3pm he said the car would be clean and ready to go, the car was not clean because he didn’t leave the keys with it, the purchase process took over three hours with no negotiation it was just him slow moving, he wasn’t attentive on either of the occasions I went to the dealership, and to top it off he lost my financing check from NFCU. So if you go to this dealership just steer clear of David Hurley, who lacks customer service. More

Sales Representative David Hurley, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, quick and easy to communicate with, and well organized throughout the entire vehicle purchase. I began communicating with David approximately 8-10 months ago when inquiring about a vehicle to purchase. During the next few months, I reached out to David multiple times regarding vehicles in stock to which he quickly responded and provided information regarding these vehicles. The one thing I have advised family and friends since this purchase is that I have worked with many dealerships and sales representatives during the past approximately 10 years, and David certainly separated himself and is above all sales representatives I have encountered.
