No games and no junk fees. The dealership’s online pricing is legit and they don’t add a bunch of junk to increase margin. You know, the “side sticker” with stuff you don’t want or need. You’ll still have to pay the doc fee (all dealerships have these) but it’s $100 to $300 less than most other dealerships. On another note, there’s a stereotype about sales people (especially when it comes to buying a car) but that’s not Robbie. He doesn’t play games and can get straight to the point without subjecting you to the “sales process pipeline”. If you need an “out the door price” without five calls and all the attendant nonsense, then Robbie is who you’re looking for. That’s especially important if you’re out of state (I live in NC) where you might be willing to expand your search and just need a VIN and price. But it didn’t just end with Robbie. I’m used to getting “worked over” by the finance guy once having invested hours or days and become reluctant to walk away. David Holloway handled the purchase and he was great too. David was also very pleasant (he didn’t impose any of the “back office” tension) and got right down to business, thoroughly explaining all aspects of the transaction without all the fast-talking or upsell. Disclosure: I opted for the OEM oil change service, but it was a great deal and David didn’t push anything on me. Bottom line, Robbie and David are professional, courteous, and can move at your speed, whether it’s “how fast can we get this done” or “let’s step through this”. It was a great experience and I highly recommend. More

We recently purchased a 2024 Titan Pro-4X from Nissan of Cookeville, traveling from Charleston, SC (nearly 500 miles) to do so because of great iteraction & straight forward pricing from dealership staff. We primarily worked with Mikey Delk from internet sales team who communicated very well from initial contact, throughout buying experience, and even following afterwards using email, text, & phone; providing pricing options, answering questions, and ensuring vehicle pickup was efficient & seemless. Also, David Halloway from finance was extremely informative & patient to explain financing details and other available packages such as maintenance to consider in support of new vehicle purchase (without being pushy). I commend dealership for not forcing customers to purchase dealer added packages as part of vehicle purchase but truly making them optional. Thank you to Mikey, David, and all who made purchase experience so wonderful. I know where we will start with our next Nissan purchase! More

I couldn't believe how pleasant it was buying a car from Walter Lee. He answered my questions completely with no pressure. I was looking at 3 different vehicles and Walter tried to help us find the right Walter Lee. He answered my questions completely with no pressure.
