THE ADVISOR TOLD ME THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TALK TO THE OWNER - THAT SHOULD TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! Their reputation around town is horrible! It would not be a unit Roberto Alonso is the most amazing service manager I have ever met he always greets you with a smile in a very caring way I see him work with all of his employees and all of the servicemen work so well together when I get a oil change or anything I am honored to tip the service department they work very hard and they do a amazing job I am so grateful for Cox Chevrolet I will never get another vehicle that is not a Chevrolet. I am totally committed to them like they are committed to me with open arms with a smile .they are 1# with great quality work fast on time great prices, and true in heart for the people one big happy family. Even at Christmas time they send you a card just to let you know they are thinking of you .
