These guys actually care about you, your family and what purposes the vehicle is needed for. I never felt pressured in buying anything or felt like any questions were unanswered. Visited dealership to purchase a 2024 Telluride. David showed us some new cars. We asked if the dealership participated in Kia Family and Friends program. He said they do. We agreed on a vehicle in David showed us some new cars. We asked if the dealership participated in Kia Family and Friends program. He said they do. We agreed on a vehicle in transit and give $1,000 deposit. A few days later I sent him a text and asked him to confirm the dealer participation to the program. He sent a text back saying he spoke with management and the dealer does not participate with the program. I texted him back to ask him to refund my deposit. He said sure he will do it Monday. I didn't hear back from him Monday. Tuesday, I sent him a couple of texts and received no response. I called his cell phone, but he didn't respond to that as well. The same thing on Wednesday. I called and talked with sales manager Keth Pratt. He apologized and took care of the refund. More
