AVOID! Ordered a car, was told about doc fee, but negotiated to have it waived. Was NOT TOLD of any other fees, so assumed there wouldn't be any. When picking up car, still no mention of fees, so I assumed they were honoring our agreement. But upon payment, was charged $800 doc fee, $75 business office fee, $5 tire fee, and $125 for some other made up fee. Asked GM to at least refund $800 doc fee, but he only apologized for the "confusion". There's no confusion, I was purposely misled. More

Wish there was a score below 1 star! f you live in the Nashville area, save yourself a lot of problems and DO NOT buy or service a vehicle at Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! The absolute worst service I Nashville area, save yourself a lot of problems and DO NOT buy or service a vehicle at Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! The absolute worst service I have ever experienced in over 20 years! I normally do not post things like this, but I feel so compelled to help others not end up dealing with the issues we are. The extreme lack of professionalism, mismanagement, and DAMAGES we have had to deal with because of this dealership is truly mind-blowing. Can you imagine going to pick up your vehicle (after the 5th time they were suppose to fix it and over 2 collective months of it being at the dealership) and there are now *new* major interior and exterior damages that occurred while it was being serviced? Almost every time we have brought in our Jeep, it has incurred damages by this dealership. It also "mysteriously" is missing 3/4 of a tank of gas when we pick it up. It is totally unacceptable. Please heed this warning! I am seriously considering standing on the street outside this dealership with a sign warning others. It's just THAT BAD. I wish someone would have done this for us before we purchased our new Jeep here last year. We love the Jeep, but 150% regret buying from this dealer. More

Buyer beware of purchasing off of the internet. Price advertised and emailed was NOT the price when I met the salesperson (Mr. Clay) for delivery. They added every protection plan that increased the price over $3,000. When I asked, the finance person (Hanna) told me it would be adjusted and credited toward my loan amount. I was told to sign and it would be adjusted. Hanna is no longer with the company, It has been 3 months and Mr. David Heimgartner has been little help. I have purchased many vehicles on the internet for my business and this is the first time a dealership has taken advantage. Major disappointment. More

Go visit Kap (Kenneth) Brinkley he worked very hard to get us everything we wanted and he did. Very impressed with how he explained everything and was there through the whole process and on top of the he get us everything we wanted and he did. The service department is horrible. Franklin Ram had misdiagnosed the issue with my vehicle and made unnecessary repairs that cost thousands of dollars. They did not follow the manufacturer's technical service bulletins for the vehicle and just started replacing parts with no understanding of the manufacturer's repair procedure. This fact was confirmed by Ram customer service. I asked the general manager for a refund of the unnecessary repairs and I was denied. This is the problem with the majority of businesses today. No one wants to take responsibility for their mistake. Lesson learned...take your business elsewhere! More

Horrible service "Worst experience ever at any dealership!" I have been a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge owner for over 10-15 years and this is the worst experience I have eve "Worst experience ever at any dealership!" I have been a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge owner for over 10-15 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership, specifically their service department. First let’s start with our Chrysler van that got an oil change before an 8hr road trip back in 2012. That oil changed ended with my husband on the side of the road trying to figure out why our gauge was running hot. We pulled on the side of the interstate only to find out ALL the oil was leaking because the service guys had left two caps on making it not seal/close correctly. We called to let them know and told us that they were sorry and that they would like to credit us $10. 😑. We never went back after that until this past August (2018) Our AC went out on our Jeep so we brought it in on the 12th of August. They have had the vehicle for almost 3 weeks now and have no idea when the part ordered will arrive. They are refusing to give me a loner car or give me my car back until the part comes in. The local dealership and corporate Chrysler keep giving us the run around about the expected time frame and their ability to issue a loaner vehicle. They keep saying only the other one can authorize it while giving no care to their customer. I dropped the car off for service on August 12th for a scheduled early AM appointment the 13th. I was originally told the car repair (simple AC switch not working) would be completed on August 20th as the part arrived the weekend prior. I was then told the part actually was not there but would arrive August 22nd. After not getting a call from the dealer, I contacted them and found out that the part actually was not coming on that date. They have not kept in touch about the status or changes. We have had to call to see what is going on multiple times. We were told they cannot guarantee me the car will be available by September 10th. This dealership has been so misleading I frankly will never trust them again to work on my cars. To top it off they will not even allow me to get my car back stating some federal code. It is common sense as a management team to offer a loaner vehicle to a customer who is in this situation (no car for what will be over five weeks) however this dealership will not authorize it. Evidently they could care less about their customers. It is basically as if they have stolen my car which was running fine but needed AC repair. It will now sit idle on their lot for over a month before I can possibly get it back which will in no doubt lead to other mechanical issues due to the fluids sitting in the engine. Guess where I am NOT bringing it to when it acts up. Wonder if they will want to give me another $10 credit 😒. It is absolutely unacceptable! More
