Service and Covid-19 Overall the experience was good. However the young lady who checks in your vehicle did have a face mask but wore it around her neck. She sits in you Overall the experience was good. However the young lady who checks in your vehicle did have a face mask but wore it around her neck. She sits in your vehicle to obtain your mileage and hands you the paperwork to take to the counter. This all happens without her mouth and nose not being covered. However the rest of the staff followed the rules. More

Friendly staff, hole in my pocket. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful, and they communicate well with customers. But still I am disappointed that I had a $1600 job done tha Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful, and they communicate well with customers. But still I am disappointed that I had a $1600 job done that did not resolve the issue with my car, resulting in even further costs. If I would have been better off going to a specialist, I would have appreciated that honesty and guidance rather than sinking money and time into what was an incomplete or misdiagnosis. The staff is great and I hate to leave a poor review, but its appropriate based on this experience. More

Terrible We went in for routine oil changes and tire rotations on our 2 vehicles and waited 2 hours, which was fine, I was asked if I wanted my alignment fixed We went in for routine oil changes and tire rotations on our 2 vehicles and waited 2 hours, which was fine, I was asked if I wanted my alignment fixed, which didn't happen because they said they didn't have enough time and I'd have to bring it back. We were notified that the lug bolt broke on one of our vehicles, during the tire rotation. We could not take the car home as they needed to order the part. We were promised the vehicle back before Monday morning so my husband could get to work. Not only was the vehicle ready, but the person who promised the vehicle was not even there that day. No one called us until 3:30 that day. My husband had to call off work and lose a day's pay. When we picked up the vehicle, it didn't start and someone had to come out and take a look. A few days later, my husband was driving home from work on the highway, when his wheel fell off. The tow company told him it was more than likely that the bolts were not tightened properly. When I called Toyota to explain how extremely upset and what a dangerous situation he was put into, I was told they would look into it. It has been 2 months and I haven't heard a thing from them. Needless to say, we will never be returning for service after 11 years of being loyal customers. More

New frame! I am very pleased that Toyota stood by their reputation and replaced the frame in my truck. Frames should not rust out in 9 years, but mine did. They I am very pleased that Toyota stood by their reputation and replaced the frame in my truck. Frames should not rust out in 9 years, but mine did. They notified me by mail to have my frame inspected. I brought the truck to the dealership and they confirmed that the frame was in fact, in need of replacement. The frame was ordered and in a matter of a month it was replaced. I really appreciate them honoring their commitment to quality and to customer service. I now have a vehicle that I will be able to drive for several years. I am truly grateful for all their help! The next time my wife or I need a vehicle, Toyota of Scranton will be the first place we look. More

I owned many 4Runners starting in 1990 their a great vehicle but they fell behind the competition In technology. For that reason I recently bought a new Cadillac XT6 . Toyota needs to redesign the 4Runner It’s too old school I’m sorry to say . My 2018Tacoma is a great truck I love it and look forward to Another one when the time comes .Hopefuly it will be competitively better than ever . I’ve bought and leased over 15 Toyota new vehicles over the years . More

The service department treated me very well. I had diagnosed my own problem and they actually listened and replaced the part I said it was. It’s very rare for a repair facility to listen since they as diagnosed my own problem and they actually listened and replaced the part I said it was. It’s very rare for a repair facility to listen since they assume the customer knows nothing. Thank you for the respect you showed me in recognizing that I know my vehicle.
