Horrible establishment, sales manager kept adding options onto the lease that I was not aware of, then taking the option such as window tints to make me feel like my lease was getting cheaper when in reality onto the lease that I was not aware of, then taking the option such as window tints to make me feel like my lease was getting cheaper when in reality they just removed the window tint they added without my knowledge. The Galpin Honda dealership is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. From the beginning there staff was ultra polite and initially answered all my questions. He answered all my questions and was responsive whenever I needed an answer regarding the process. David Gillum the GM is running a well oiled machine. It's great to be able to deal with one person through the whole process (buying, leasing, financial, maintenance).
