Have been a Porsche owner for around 15 years with 8 different or so vehicles including 2 of the first Taycan Turbo Ss ordered for Canada. Have had service so good during this time that I would only consider owning Porsches. Now that we have moved permanently to Florida and tried Champion a couple of times for service I am going to consider buying a different car because the level of service I've received is not what I'm accustomed to receiving from Porsche. The dealership itself is lovely, clean, friendly, great location, great waiting areas and had some cool cars in the show room, I was given a loaner (multiple loaners this time) and the administrative team were great Porsche experiences, however, twice I've booked a service weeks in advance, dropped off my vehicle and found that it was several more weeks before it was even brought in to the shop. This time, they had my car for almost 3 months with almost no contact or explanation for what was happening and why it was taking so long, despite being brought in for software updates and a tire replacement. Several text messages and calls went unanswered and when they were it was a short "waiting for parts" message with no context. Upon pick up, I was told that there had been a problem with one of the repairs done because my car was from "a cold climate", which is an ineffective attempt at shifting blame since Porsches are, of course, manufactured in Germany. The morning following my pick up, a new chassis error message appeared. I've reached out to the dealership 4 times so far to get it figured out and haven't heard back yet. Just not the level of service I've grown to expect from Porsche. More
