My name is Enrique Corujo Esquilin, in April I bought a 2020 green jeep, two days later it started, yellow mark, check engine oil, I called the service department, I spoke with Mr. Caleb, he told me to tak 2020 green jeep, two days later it started, yellow mark, check engine oil, I called the service department, I spoke with Mr. Caleb, he told me to take any jeep, I take a jeep closer to where I live, Prosner Davenport Jeep, I called the warranty to explain the situation, I used extended warranty, they told me that as a client I had to pay 800 dollars to lower the engine, and to them, Jeep changed the codes and also internal leaks in the engine, I took the initiative to return the Honda truck since it is useless, the manager sold me, they did not want to help me, they treated me badly, they wanted to force me and push the truck on me, the salesman was very responsible and professional at all times. They did not even let me water, they gave me no food, the treatment was horrible, I will never return to this place. More

⚠️ BUYERS BEWARE – SHADY PRACTICES AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was not informed that it had a serious emergency malfunction system defect. This is a ACCOUNTABILITY I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was not informed that it had a serious emergency malfunction system defect. This is a major safety concern and should have been disclosed at the time of sale. After I discovered the issue, I reached out to the dealership. I spoke with David, the dealership manager, and explained the situation in full. Unfortunately, he was not helpful at all — his only offer was a free oil change, which is completely unacceptable considering the severity of the problem. Later, Michelle, a Customer Relations Specialist, reached out to me after I left an initial review. I followed up by emailing her to explain everything again — and since then, I haven’t heard a single word back. No one is taking this matter seriously. At this point, I am pursuing legal action and preparing to send a certified letter directly to the owner and his son detailing what happened. One of the worst dealers I have worked with in more than 40 years buying cars. Besides they provide fake publicity and useless marketing.
