A whole new experience in car buying While driving from Dallas TX to our home near Indianapolis we searched the web and found Mercedes Benz of Columbia Missouri. We didn’t need to upgrade While driving from Dallas TX to our home near Indianapolis we searched the web and found Mercedes Benz of Columbia Missouri. We didn’t need to upgrade our vehicle but we looked at their website and saw some great deals. We called from the road around 9 am and Zac Nichols answered the phone. Zac is great to work with, he was upfront about what he could and couldn’t do on prices and by noon time we decided to divert by 2 hours to Columbia Missouri. What a great experience we had at Mercedes Benz of Columbia. Zac made us feel welcome and treated us as a valued customer but also a new friend. All of the staff, sales and service, were great to work with and they all seemed to truly enjoy their job at Mercedes Benz of Columbia.
