I'm not usually one to write a review, either good or bad, but these guys were so outstanding that they deserve this. A couple months ago I decided to trade in my 2023 Corvette C8 convertible and get so bad, but these guys were so outstanding that they deserve this. A couple months ago I decided to trade in my 2023 Corvette C8 convertible and get something a little more practical. I had looked at the BMW I4 about a year prior when my wife was shopping for an EV. I went to the same BMW dealer in North Scottsdale that I had just bought a vehicle form a couple months prior to that. (Yes, I switch vehicles about twice a year and have 2 garages full.) Anyway, the BMW dealer jerked me around, low balled me on my trade, and never followed up when they said they would. I started shopping around for a used I4 and found one fully loaded with more than I had looked for and it had already taken the depreciation hit. I went to Certified Benz and Beemer and looked at the car. Awesome!!! Super clean and only 16,000 miles. I worked with David Escalante on the deal and he was great! Super personable, knowledgable, and worked quickly to make the deal. I drove the car home that day and was very happy with the deal. The finance guy was great. No heavy pressure to buy any extended warranty stuff (it was offered but with no pressure). Again, very happy with this dealership. A couple months later, I'm thinking about trading my 2022 Silverado ZR2 on something different. I check the CarGuru site (my favorite car shopping site) and I see a really nice, low mile, Ford F150 Tremor. Guess where...Certified Benz and Beemer. I head straight over to look at it. Ask for David but he's already with a customer, but Scott Bailey is there to help me. This guy is a pro. Again, straight forward pricing on the truck, and its a great price on it. They gave me what I wanted for my trade, and i went ahead with the deal. Just like last time, everything went smooth. The truck I was buying had just come in and they didn't even have the pictures up on the CarGuru site yet, so they had to clean it up a bit. I told them that I wanted the two rock chips in the windshield fixed, and the window tint a bit darker. No problem... they chips were fixed before I left and the windows are scheduled for tint next week. After each purchase they followed up to make sure I was happy. I buy a lot of cars, and I'm now a Certified Benz and Beemer customer for sure. If only they sold motorcycles too, I buy even more of those. Thanks again guys. I can't say enough good things about CBB. More
