Lying, slimey sales people. Will lie right to your face, pretend stuff they say is in writing, then hand you a bunch of papers that aren't crap and shuffle you out the door. Fake CarFax "verbal due to COVID pretend stuff they say is in writing, then hand you a bunch of papers that aren't crap and shuffle you out the door. Fake CarFax "verbal due to COVID" where the CSM lied! Luckily got the extended warranty. Unlucky...they can keep the vehicle indefinitely while I still have to make payments!!!! And your sales guy will just ghost you as well as the CSM unless you show up and spend hours in the lobby ... possibly telling people not to buy anything from these crooks! Gives you nothing for trade in. Crappy financing. Just awful awful experience all around. Avoid at all costs... or should I say...it'll cost you more money than anywhere else to buy a car here!!! More

Everything was good until I signed the papers. I was told that it passed inspection but noticed it had a daytime running light was out and a blinker light on the same side. How could it pass with those light that it passed inspection but noticed it had a daytime running light was out and a blinker light on the same side. How could it pass with those lights being out. Also was told it had a oil change and it clearly did not. Then when I came to pick it up at the end of the day, because they had to detail it, I noticed a fresh door ding. When addressing this with the salesman he said that it was already there then offered to fill the cars gas tank for free. Idk about you but every car I have bought in the past came with a full tank as a courtesy for buying the car from them. On top of that the detail was pitiful. Be careful when purchasing a vehicle from lithia. This experience came from lithia dodge but have heard stories similar to this from many locations. More

Dave Duggins is a huge asset to your dealership When my husband and I came in to take a quick peek at a 2019 AWD used Charger we were lucky enough to have Dave approach us. Super laid back and not p When my husband and I came in to take a quick peek at a 2019 AWD used Charger we were lucky enough to have Dave approach us. Super laid back and not pushy. We were not going to buy a car that day but he still hopped in the back of our 2015 Charger Rallye and went out to the back lot to see if the car we came to see was in the bull pen. It was not there. We shared what we were interested in and he called us the next day because he found the car. We came in to drive the car but did not like that particular car. It was pretty tattered, like the last owner really didn't care much about it. We arranged to drive an AWD Challenger. I got very ill that week. He was perfectly patient. We drove the Challenger. Beautiful car, but not for us. We ended up with a dealer trade being brought in. It is just what we wanted. The best part of all of this? Dave customized his care to what WE needed. We needed to spend as little time as possible at the dealership. We took care of 90% of our deal by text. Perfection! I'll be honest, my last purchase at Lithia Dodge Medford 12/2017 of a 2018 Jeep Cherokee was NOT GOOD and then last year this dealership lost another sale to us by being pushy and not listening to our needs and following through. There are several employees there that treat the guests like they are total morons, Dave is NOT one of them. On delivery day we found a couple minor issues with the car that are set to be remedied. The paperwork was ready when we arrived for signatures. I'm totally satisfied with our experience this time. Thank you, Dave, for providing the precise experience that WE needed. You rocked it. At this very moment we are driving our brand new gorgeous purple 2019 AWD Dodge Charger to Portland for a weekend of fun. You're a pleasure to your clients and a treasure to Lithia Dodge Medford. More
