I attempted to connect with a sales representative at Raceway first thing in the morning. Was told that they were too busy at that time and then I would hear back. After about five hours I reconnected and then ended up waiting another hour and a half before someone was able to call me and discuss a car that I was interested in. The car I was looking at had been on the lot for almost 90 days. Danny did a FaceTime walk around and was very helpful throughout (to be fair). By early evening we were by phone negotiating the price. A sales person named Danny was the go-between myself and a manager named Dave. As of 6:32 PM I had my offer to Danny and I waited for a response back. My offer did not include the stated dealer prep fee of $895 which seemed unreasonable for a car that only had 16,000 miles on it and still had its original tires. Although the dealership closes at 8 o'clock, I never received a phone call. The next morning I reached out and was told that the car had been sold to someone who came in at 7:15 at night. No call was given to me to keep me in the loop. I was not asked at any point if I would pay the full asking considering a new person had come into the picture after 88 days of sitting on the lot. Justice helped me get a Brand New Kia K5 GT model. We made a deal within an hour or so which seemed impossible. He made the impossible, possible. Im happy with my new car and I will definitely look for Justice next time im in the market for a vehicle. More

Worst service experience I have ever received!!! Waited almost 4 hours with no current update on my car, as every one else seated around me was told step by step about their car service and what was going almost 4 hours with no current update on my car, as every one else seated around me was told step by step about their car service and what was going on. Only once i said something to the representative did she inform me that they could not fix my car that day and I would have to come back another time and that would have to pay even more for this special specialist to come in just to run test to attempt to figure out what is wrong. Not to mention very relaxed on every one wearing a mask inside during the pandemic, both for customers and employees. More
