Once again, I’m completely satisfied with Rusnak Genesis. I brought my car in for routine service, and everything went smoothly thanks to the service department manager and staff. While I was there, I notice I brought my car in for routine service, and everything went smoothly thanks to the service department manager and staff. While I was there, I noticed a car on the lot that caught my eye. Joseph immediately offered a test drive, and once we returned, we spent less than 45 minutes discussing pricing and my trade-in. There was absolutely no pressure—just respectful, straightforward conversation to find a price that worked for everyone. The paperwork was fast, and the car detailing and prep were excellent. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Rusnak Genesis for service or purchasing a vehicle—or even just stopping by to enjoy their automated coffee and cappuccino machines and tasty showroom snacks.
