I visited patmillikenford Thursday 2/3/2032 had this man as sales man. Extremely rude,rushing me, and over all would not allow me to drive cars that were able. Over all Patmillikenford advertising 25 gift card I did not get one nor offered.The man that does the trading was just as rude. The manager called encouragement the rushing. Now I will state if anyone had to buy from this dealership please go to two men that sit next to this man. Rick or Robb as I sat I seen how customer service should go! The porters asked did I want a drink not Mark Hollars. I guess because we all the same color. All is well I went to Subaru dealership in Ferndale Mi spend more then I wanted to buy so worth it. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced I am in my 40's.Not to ment There were two More

David Conzelman was great yet again. Got me out of my old lease and into a new lease with yet again another great experience. All paper work was done online and was was great yet again. Bate and Switch tactics I have been looking online for a certain vehicle, which Pat Miliken Ford advertised. I contacted them about the vehicle, which they said they had. I drove 1 1/2 hours one way to get there and have them tell me the car was already sold. They told me to look around and find something else. They didn't have anything else I was interested in. I was told just keep watching there adds and they walked away They were rude and they lied just to get us to there lot and sell something else. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. More
