I recently purchased a 2019 Hyundai Volester from the folks at Jaguar of Tampa and I gotta say I was impressed. Bryan Miller was my initial and primary contact throughout the entire process. After my initial request for more info about the car late one Friday evening, I received a response right away. Bryan sent me a video tour of the car so I could get a better perspective of what he was offering. He didn't have to do that but it definitely helped me better appreciate the value of the vehicle. Since it was already 4:00 pm on Friday night and I work on Saturdays, he scheduled an appointment for me to test drive it on Monday at my convenience. Very cool. At this point, I was already interested and I wanted to have all my ducks in a row before Monday. Since I live almost an hour and a half away, we did the credit check and most of the "deal" over the phone (on a Sunday night). I told Bryan about my trade and the poor state it was in. I sent him a few pictures of the trade, we discussed what I could financially do, and he said he would have everything ready for me upon my arrival on Monday. I had never bought a car from a reputable dealership before, so I didn't know what to do or expect. He explained what I needed to do and was with me every step of the way. He was able to get me a trade in assistance of $2500 for my $500 trade and worked with the cash I had for the down payment. There were no surprises when it came time for me to sign. After signing the paperwork, I had the pleasure of working with Matt to finalize the finance part of the deal. I was a bit nervous about this part because this is where things normally go bad. He was understanding of my concerns but did his best to disarm my anxiety with a conversation about British television shows (Luther is brilliant. Thanks for the suggestion). We went over the terms of the loan Bryan had set up prior to my arrival and it was just as he had offered. Then came the WARRANTY. I've never been lucky when it comes to vehicles and having one would offer me a some peace of mind. The problem was we were already at a payment I could afford. The warranty was gonna throw me over a cliff. Matt saw how I felt about this and he worked his magic to get me the coverage without going over my limit. Thank you again Matt. You rock. A couple days after the deal was sealed, I realized the tires had some dry rot cracks on them.... I was so excited about getting the car that I didn't check the tires. I figured it was too late. I'm stuck. I'd have to pay for the tires now. I started to price tires and try to figure out how I was gonna pay for them. Things were gonna be rough but I'd live. As if he heard my frustration, Bryan sent me a message to see how I was doing with my new car and I told him about the situation. Unexpectedly, he told me to get him the info for the tires and he'd see what he could do. I was shocked. He told me they will cover the tires but they had to be ordered. Within days, I got a tapcon (concrete screw) in one of the tires and it couldn't be repaired. (That's my luck) I called Bryan up and told him I wasn't gonna be able to drive up there for them to change the tires because I was on a doughnut. He told me to order them from Firestone and his manager David would authorize the repairs. After Jennifer (an associate of Jaguar of Tampa) did a little back and forth communication with the people of Firestone, they got it done and I have brand new tires for my new ride. ALL IS WELL. In fact, all is better than well. My experience with Jaguar of Tampa was AMAZING. Bryan is exceptional. He was very responsive to any and all my questions, he was diligent in his efforts to see that my needs were taken care of, and he was a man of his word. I appreciate Matt for helping me get that warranty and keeping me under my limit. And to everyone else at Jaguar at Tampa who made this possible, Thank You You all went ABOVE and Beyond... More
