I had the pleasure of dealing with David Cheung as I just purchased a new 2023 Honda Pilot from Paragon Honda. It was a very smooth process and David was extremely professional and knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. He was responsive to all my questions and there were no hidden charges just straight forward prices and he backed up what he promised. He went out of his way to accommodate our time constraints and was able to get us in and out of the dealership when we had our Trade-in assessed. He was easy to communicate with, very responsive, with much of our deal done via text. He knew his requirements and made the entire process simple and pain free.
