I have tried calling this dealership for three days straight. No one answered the phone other than the receptionist. Even she got to where she would automatically forward my calls to a voicemail withou straight. No one answered the phone other than the receptionist. Even she got to where she would automatically forward my calls to a voicemail without talking to me. I have called different numbers, I have called the management etc. I have even used different phones to call in. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle they had. Very unprofessional. on the third day I eventually spoke with the Internet Manager at 5: 42pm and he informed me the vehicle just sold and will be delivering soon. I am disappointed to say the least. The internet staff was very responsive to all my online inquiries regarding the truck I wanted to purchase. They put in contact with Ed Curry who handled the in office sale when my husband and I came in fo inquiries regarding the truck I wanted to purchase. Mr Curry was not your average salesman because we didn’t feel pressured into buying anything. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions. He gave us a good deal on our trade in. Even after the purchase, Mr Curry still answered questions regarding and provide awesome assistance with getting it apportion plate transferred quickly. I appreciate all the assistance we were given. All of the staff members I came in contact were very nice and friendly. More
