David was great to work with. We came to a price before I arrived onsite and after a test drive we finalized everything quickly and for the previously agreed upon price with no games. Very Satisfied Repeat Customer Three cars purchased at Subaru Superstore of Surprise, each one a great experience. When it's time to get #4 I'll be back again. First off, it is a Three cars purchased at Subaru Superstore of Surprise, each one a great experience. When it's time to get #4 I'll be back again. First off, it is a very clean dealership. No high pressure sales techniques, just good old honest customer service. And this is true of the Service department as well as sales. This time I was lucky enough to get David Castillo as my salesperson. He was just the best car salesperson I've ever run across, and I've bought over 50 cars in my lifetime. He responded to every text within minutes and always had the answer. I worked him hard on this deal, and he never once was anything but a complete professional who made me feel like I was his only customer. I hope he's there in a couple years because I will definitely be asking for him. I should mention this was all done via text and e-mails. By the time I got to the dealership all I had to do is pay for the car and drive it home. In and out in an hour. At the end of the day, Dave was great and the dealership is great. Worth the drive from anywhere in the valley. More
