Good Experience We decided on a Frontier Touring but they did not have the color that we wanted. They obtained the car from another dealer. We were able to leave th We decided on a Frontier Touring but they did not have the color that we wanted. They obtained the car from another dealer. We were able to leave the dealer while they obtained the car, got it prepped, and got the paperwork done. That gave us time to go to the bank and go home to get our things out of the trade in and to have dinner. They called us several hours later to let us know everything was ready. It was really nice that we didn't have to hang around the dealer and wait for everything to get done. More

Loved how transparent the process of buying a car here was compared to the holding the cards close to the chest approach other salesman & dealerships practice. We are older adults and have bought a number of cars throughout the years. Our experience of buying our latest car at the Subaru Superstore of Surprise has been truly exceptional. In large part, this is throughout the years. Our experience of buying our latest car at the Subaru Superstore of Surprise has been truly exceptional. In large part, this is because of our salesperson, Dave Castillo. He is highly knowledgeable, professional in all of his interactions, and extremely customer focused. We were stuck in Maine during the Covid-19 situation, but would be returning to AZ when the quarantine was lifted. We checked prices of cars in the New England area and in the Phoenix area, and Dave had the best price point of all. We purchased our car long distance, and Dave ensured all details were accounted for. He called me numerous times, and also returned my calls on his days off When necessary. Dave made all the difference for us. I can’t say enough about his effectiveness, customer focus and integrity. This was a 10/10 experience for sure! More
