Was buying new charger. 1st salesman wasted 45 minutes chatting me up and had not started the paperwork yet, then when out and met his wife for a long conversation. The next trip in (I really wanted the car) I was treated well and closed the deal. Needed to pick up car next day. The new sales rep never went over the car, the warranty or anything else, in fact the only thing done was the car was sorta clean and I had a full tank of gas. Nothing else on their checkout list was done. Best of all the Dodge app would not work and found out one of their employees had previously registered the car on their phone in the app. I was told it was my problem and to work it out. So, I wouldn't buy a xxxx thing from this place if you have a choice. More

I bought a vehicle here last Saturday. As I was pulling off the lot I noticed a knocking sound coming from the AC. I called my sales rep immediately and he said he would talk to service ab As I was pulling off the lot I noticed a knocking sound coming from the AC. I called my sales rep immediately and he said he would talk to service about the issue. Fast forward to Thursday I dropped the vehicle off to get it sorted. I was then told that they wouldn’t take care of the issue and that I’d have to pay $400 to replace the blower motor! An issue that was clearly wrong with the vehicle when I purchased it. Mark, the GM, refused to do the right thing and insisted I pay $400 to fix the pre-existing issue. Stay far away from this dealership if you’re looking for honesty and integrity. What a terrible way to do business. More

Ryan Goad, the Internet Sales Manager, was very professional in selling me my new Wrangler, no high pressure tactics used, and he even assisted me when he saw me come in to check a lug nut which wa professional in selling me my new Wrangler, no high pressure tactics used, and he even assisted me when he saw me come in to check a lug nut which was frozen on one wheel, the great service department finished the job within a couple of hours. But even the waiting was good, two stores and a cafe with good food and beverages at the dealership. Oh yes, I really did drive all the way from the Florida Keys.......1000 miles, to buy that new Jeep Wrangler at North Knoxville CDJR. I had never even considered purchasing a new vehicle on-line and the dealership and Mr. Goad, made the experience very easy. Tommy, Ramrod Key, Florida. PS: A special thanks to the official at the dealership who offered to buy me lunch and beverage at their cafe when he saw me waiting........but I had already dined there, and no one at any dealership has ever done that before. More
