At first, I was hesitant to purchase additional vehicles through Bellingham Ford due to previous experiences. As a result, I explored other dealerships for my purchases. The service I received at Bellingham Ford was out stranding as usual! As a return customer from Juneau Alaska, where we have NO FORD DEALER, I was required to transport my 2020 F350 to Bellingham to stranding as usual! As a return customer from Juneau Alaska, where we have NO FORD DEALER, I was required to transport my 2020 F350 to Bellingham to have an on going emission problem corrected. This was accomplished by the Service Department in an exemplary performance by the technician Cole assigned to this serious diesel problem in concert with David Carrera the Service Coordinator. This on going problem had been assigned a increased case# problem level by the Ford Problem Center (M Krupa) due to the impact on the operation of my F350 which facilitated the use of consultation with other Ford Technicians. The result was a successfully completed repair to a complex problem. More

Poor workmanship initially, we had to take it back for repair again immediately when it pored oil out. They fixed it but left my truck engine covered in oil and smelling like oil for weeks. I now have a rough idle and can’t use the heat when stopped from the stink of oil. Pretty unhappy. More

Absolutely the wors experience I've ever had with a dealership! I brought my 2019 Mustang GT in for an oil change and asked them to look into a few other issues as the car begins to age. After 3 days o dealership! I brought my 2019 Mustang GT in for an oil change and asked them to look into a few other issues as the car begins to age. After 3 days of holding the car, with minimal communication, they only addressed half of the things I requested them to take care of, even though they told me they took care of it. Obviously upset, I reached out to the service manager to voice my concerns. He then had me re-schedule the service and bring the car back in to have the issues taken care of. He asured me that he would personally oversee the service to ensure it was taken care of. Well, lo and behold, after over a week of them having it again, they again failed to get anything done. This dealership is an absolute waste of time and money, Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. More

Just another lying car dealership. .. no written estimate. No chance to verify the work done or the cost of it. Very sad. 100 percent service disabled American vet. Was ridiculed when I spoke to manager about how the setback light had been on for years and I had taken it in to Ford but was told it was not too be concerned about. Then took vehicle to another service vendor who told me it was the egr. When the manager heard this he be became upset that I would take it somewhere else. He actually told me it was important to his dealer shop to make profits and by taking my business elsewhere it would only hurt their business. xxx? And then of course there was the delay in getting the vehicle fixed and that is a whole other story. Hey DAV, THIS DEALER CHEATS VETS. More

Terrible service, terrible communication, car is still out of commission. I think what’s worse here is I spoke to the GM of this dealership yet still had problems and never did hear from the service manag out of commission.
