Everyone I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and generally trying to make my experience as easy and hassle-free as possible...and it was! I'm shocked that I actually traded in a ca professional, and generally trying to make my experience as easy and hassle-free as possible...and it was! I'm shocked that I actually traded in a car and leased a new one as easily and quickly as I did. The amount of time spent in casual conversation with everyone far outweighed the amount of time it took to finalize the paperwork for the two transactions, but I don't feel like I was cheated or pressured into giving away or buying anything that I didn't expect or want. There was no pressure, it was so awesome. Also, I had to wait about 1 month longer than expected for my car to get stocked, and Anel was the most responsive and patient sales person I've ever interacted with, taking my calls and texts with eagerness every time. Don’t waste your time I scheduled a time to test drive a Lexus (just coming off lease) at this Kia location. I was assigned a different salesman to test drive bcos the othe I scheduled a time to test drive a Lexus (just coming off lease) at this Kia location. I was assigned a different salesman to test drive bcos the other one was busy with another customer. Test drive went fine so I told them I was ready to close the deal. These arses then had me wait an hour so that one salesman who was initially too busy for an appointment I had made with him could finish working with another customer. I finally asked told them I’m leaving if they’re not ready. Then he comes out with a plate in hand to tell me he’s just about done putting a plate on a car. They sent a rather pudgy, 17-year old looking, clueless boy my way to help with a total lack of manners. I left the building in a hurry. At that point, it I had an item on my agenda for the day I had to attend to. Called the dealership later to let them know I was coming back but they should line things up so they did. They finally assigned the manager to execute the sale. More
