Charge for service that they do not do. They are stealing people money in Waco Texas. I recently just got an oil change/oil filter on 8-19-25 paid 89$. My receipts says all check offs are g They are stealing people money in Waco Texas. I recently just got an oil change/oil filter on 8-19-25 paid 89$. My receipts says all check offs are good, but today is 8-23-25 and I have no windshield wiper solution. My dashboard says 100% oil life but there is a Code B on. They told me during this recent oil change that I need my cabin air filter changed, but I just paid for it in February of 2025 200$. They are ripping me off they are charging me for services that they are not doing and this should be against the LAW. More

I believe David was truly looking out for me this visit. He and the technician that worked on my car diagnosed the issue quickly. When David called to discuss the matter with me he thoroughly explained what He and the technician that worked on my car diagnosed the issue quickly. My car was ready to pick up much sooner than I expected and the final price was much lower than David had quoted me earlier. I am very pleased with this service experience. Thanks David! More

The staff didn't seem as welcoming as I was used to from other Honda dealers. However, I didn't buy my car from them because I found a better deal for the exact new vehicle in Arlington last year.
