He also walked me step-by-step through finalizing the lease. He most definitely went above and beyond in helping me find a new vehicle and I would highly, highly recommend he and D&M leasing to others. More

I came to D&M because I kept hearing good things about them from 105.3 The Fan. So on a whim I said what the heck. I was connecting with a sales person who seemed interested in getting things right and TB them from 105.3 The Fan. So on a whim I said what the heck. I was connecting with a sales person who seemed interested in getting things right and TBH the first part of the deal was easy....but I already knew what cars I was looking for. Things started to go off the rails once they pulled my credit...Im sorry, I mean my car credit. First time I'd ever heard that term. My 715 went to a 630....and from there things got unenjoyable and stressful. While the paperwork was for the most part easy...I don't feel like my expectations and wants were being listened too. I believe that bec the car, a 2024 Sentra SR, wasn't a high dollar$70k, the service level was comparable. I should have backed out once I started feeling irked after the pymt and financing kept changing slightly due to their lenders changing. Then after I specifically said I cant do pymt before 15th...I was given every 3rd. Then I went from only needing to put down $189 for processing, to a new total of $689, incl $500 down. Then no payments due for 90 days to my first one being due 11.3, but because of my finances, means Ill actually have to pay earlier, on 15th. Paperwork was signed 9.4.24. So it went from 90 to 30 days due basically. Once the car was delivered at first it was nice. They brought it too my apartment and took my other car. However, during the exchange, I noticed it was dirty, the inside had scuff marks, and found several scratches outside. The salesman seemed to think it was just glare or dirt and then tried to tell me most likely the valet at the dealership probably scuffed it with a dirty rag. Like youre really telling the owner of a brand new car, that youre delivering to them is dirty and with imperfections because of someone else? Why wasn't it looked over before it was brought to me? It took me barely 5 mins to find these OBVIOUS scratches. He could tell I wasn't thrilled so he said he would take it and get it detailed, only to call me not to long later saying he got someone at a car wash to let him use some wax and got the stuff removed. So he waxed a dirty car? He then dropped it off and I assumed that was it. I was told that they just wanted to make me happy but I haven't really feel that...more just being placated until I would go away. The next day I started to notice an issue w steering if I straighten the steering wheel, the car pulled to the right immediately. Gave it a day to just make sure it wasn't me getting used to a new car; however, it was the steering wheel. I reached out to the salesman and he actually told me that this is a feature manufacturers build into new car to prevent head-on collisions. I don't think I've ever heard anything that ludicrous before, that a manufacturer would build in a right pulling alignment issue to prevent head-on collisions. In fact, I even called a Nissan service manager, and he said that he had never heard that before. So now Ive been basically lied being lied too about something so stupid and easily confirmable!! Fast forward a few days, the steering wheel gets fixed, the car detailed and waxed and its looks good and drives good....BUT I find that it mow has 240 miles on it. Ive driven it 20. So someone drove 220 miles in my new car, without telling me? Mkay...Didn't know that was going to happen. 2 weeks later and my tradenstill hasn't been paid off and the old pymt is due today. Salesman says he would get updated payoff today but they can't report it late for 30 days. I don't care...I was told everything was done, now I find out the payoff hasn't even been processed. This is preventing me from getting an extended warranty refunded and its losing me money every addt day it takes. In summary, I just can't help feeling its $$$ related bc Im not buying $$$ car and soI shouldnt have such high expectations. But its a $$$ to me. Thats my opinion and thats what matters here. Im not happy, Im stressed and don't think Ill do this again. More
